1. Account Registration and Security

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

2. SMS & Mobile Messaging Program Terms

By opting in to receive SMS notifications (including but not limited to outbid notifications, bid confirmations, and account updates) from Dropbid, you agree to the following terms:

  • Program Description: Dropbid sends automated transactional and notification alerts to users who have opted in to receive updates about auctions they participate in or messages they receive on the platform.
  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your bidding activity, user interactions, and platform updates.
  • Pricing: Message and data rates may apply. Dropbid does not charge users for receiving text messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply.
  • Cancellation/Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
  • Support/Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or contact us directly at Ak@aaronkrall.io.
  • Carrier Disclaimer: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. Acceptable Use of the Platform

You agree not to use the Service:

  • In any way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
  • To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including "junk mail", "chain letters", "spam", or any other similar solicitation.
  • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Dropbid, a Dropbid employee, another user, or any other person or entity.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Dropbid and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Dropbid.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Dropbid, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
