By providing your phone number on DropBid, you agree to opt in to receive SMS notifications. The following terms govern that program:

Program Description:

Dropbid sends automated transactional SMS notifications to users who have opted in. Messages include outbid notifications, bid confirmations, auction status updates, and account-related alerts.

How Opt-In Works:

End users opt in by providing their phone number on a registration or bid form. Below the phone number field, the following disclosure applies:

"By signing up and providing your phone number on DropBid, you agree to receive recurring text messages from DropBid regarding your auction activity. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe."

No Third-Party Sharing:

We do not share, sell, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Message Frequency & Pricing:

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Dropbid does not charge users for receiving text messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply.

Cancellation / Opt-Out:

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation SMS and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

3. Acceptable Use of the Platform

You agree not to use the Service:

  • In any way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
  • To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including "junk mail", "chain letters", "spam", or any other similar solicitation.
  • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Dropbid, a Dropbid employee, another user, or any other person or entity.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Dropbid and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Dropbid.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Dropbid, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
